These terms describe the use of the All Around Pool Care website and customer portal. Please use these services responsibly and contact us if you have questions.
Pool services and billing
Your agreed service arrangement, accepted estimate, or other service agreement determines the scope of work, schedule, price, and any cancellation terms for pool service. This website does not add fees or change an existing service agreement. Invoices identify the amount and due date for the services billed. Please contact us promptly if you believe an invoice is incorrect.
Your customer account
Provide accurate contact and account details, protect your login credentials, and only access accounts and records you are authorized to use. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or portal for unlawful activity, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with service operation, or upload malicious material.
Payments and third-party services
Payment and other services linked from the portal may be provided by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy notices. Review the information presented by those providers before using their services.
Website information and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may need correction and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Contact us directly about time-sensitive account or service matters.
