This policy describes how All Around Pool Care ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website, customer portal, pool services, and billing communications.
Information we handle
Our customer records include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, service and billing addresses, account details, communications, invoices, payment status, and transaction records. Customers provide their contact and service details directly when signing up. We also receive information from customer communications and payment transactions.
When you access our website or customer portal, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to manage customer relationships, arrange and provide services, maintain accounts, issue invoices, record payments, respond to requests, send service and account messages, protect our systems, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information is processed by providers that help operate our business, including website and CRM hosting, email delivery, and payment services. Our website uses Cloudflare, our customer records are managed in Perfex CRM, and our current transactional email provider is Mailgun. Payment services receive the information needed to process a payment when you use them.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Cookies and website technology
This public website does not include advertising trackers or a website analytics script. Hosting providers may process technical data to deliver and protect the site. The separate customer portal uses session and security technology to support account access. Browser settings let you control cookies; blocking them may affect portal features.
Account and billing emails
We send invoices, payment receipts, reminders, and account or service notifications using customer contact details. Contact us to correct your address or discuss communication preferences. Changing preferences does not cancel a service agreement or remove an outstanding payment obligation.
Retention and security
We keep information for the purposes described in this policy, including ongoing service, billing, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal recordkeeping. Retention depends on the type of record and the obligations that apply. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Requests and corrections
You may request access to or correction of your customer information and ask about deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or other permitted reasons. Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell covered information, as provided by applicable law, using the contact address below. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
